Leasing Coffee Machines - Free Loan With Maintenance

Leasing coffee machines on a free loan with maintenance package is a popular, convenient option for many of our clients. Tudor offers a great range of catering coffee machines including both traditional espresso and bean-to-cup models. We also offer refurbished equipment on the same scheme.

These machines are offered on a 24 month free loan contract, and as part of the contract you will need to make payments by direct debit. The free loan scheme also requires you to exclusively purchase Tudor's range of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, with a minimum charge of 2 cases of coffee per machine per month, on pre-agreed scaled rates. The contract requires a £250 refundable deposit (subject to adherence to contractual terms)

All free loan contracts are subject to status and site inspection. Full maintenance is included and we will need 3 months' notice at the end of the 24 month term, or the contract will continue to run. (Except annual boiler inspections for insurance purposes on any of our machines you have in situ, such costs are not covered by Tudor under our Warranty, Free Loan Scheme or any Rental with Maintenance agreements)

Our refurbished equipment is available subject to a 12 month contract and the same terms and conditions as above.
