Rent a Coffee Machine – Maintenance Included

If you want to rent a coffee machine, Tudor can help. Our packages include maintenance, and you can choose from a great range of catering coffee machines.

Tudor are pleased to offer either a brand new Promac 2 group traditional coffee machine with Macap Grinder and stainless steel ‘knock-out drawer’ or an Egro 5025 fully automatic coffee machine including milk fridge on our rental with maintenance scheme. Both of these machines are available with these following terms:

24 month rental contract
Payments to be made by direct debit
£250 refundable deposit (subject to adherence to contractual terms)
Full maintenance included (except annual boiler inspections for insurance purposes on any of our machines you have in situ, such costs are not covered by Tudor under our Warranty, Free Loan Scheme or any Rental with Maintenance agreements)
Equipment must be insured by you during the contract period
You must exclusively buy our tea, coffee and hot chocolate during the contract period
3 months written notice to quit at the end of the 24th term, or the contract continues to run
All rentals are subject to site inspection

Second hand refurbished equipment is also available to rent subject to a 12 month contract and the same terms as above.

Option To Purchase
If at any point during your rental period you decide to buy your industrial coffee machine, you can. Our option to purchase scheme allows you to buy your equipment at a pre-agreed depreciation rate.
As part of the agreement, we’ll offer a 50% rebate from all the rental payments received to date - and deduct this from the list price. We’ll also include 3 months’ warranty free of charge, which runs after the initial 12 months warranty has expired.
