Our delicious blends start life as some of the world's finest single-estate coffees, each one with its own unique characteristics:

Brazil	Smooth flavoured, medium in body, with moderate acidity
Brazil - Deterra (Rainforest Alliance)	Sweet fine, nutty cup character
Colombian Medelin	Fine, rich and full flavoured coffee with balanced acidity without bitterness
Costa Rican	Classic coffee, rich and full bodied in character
El Salvador	Mild and slightly sweet in character
Ethiopia (Types Harrar, D5, Sid 2)	Distinctive coffee, sharp flavour; mellow body; creamy, rich, winey flavours
Guatemala	Medium to full in body and rich in flavour, and high in acidity
Honduras	Some winey notes with good honest "coffee flavours"
Indian Monsoon Malabar AA	Round and rich, chocolate coffee - no acidity or winey notes
Indian Mysore	Delicate fruit, milk chocolate, mild all day drinking
Sumatra	Flavoursome, rich, smooth, and full. Winey/fruity acidity
Kenya AA	Full-bodied richness, red fruit flavours with strong acidity
Nicaragua	Medium to light body, with some acidity
Peru	Mildly acidic coffee, light-bodied but good flavours and aroma
