Must exclusively purchase our coffee, chocolate, tea, and cleaning products to qualify for this offer.

We will supply one coffee machine (Franke Evolution) on a Rental with Maintenance basis with the cost of all products being at net prices per case (can be ethically sourced Coffee) with loyalty cards. The contract will be effective for twelve months, with a termination of three months notice to quit from you after the completion of the initial 12 month period otherwise it continues to run.

All ancillary lines* and excess coffee purchased will require to be settled at the end of each month following. This agreement can be interrupted during the period you are under contract, if you wish to purchase the incumbent equipment or new coffee equipment from Tudor Tea & Coffee. The tea prices are charged at net rates whichever agreement you opt for. Only extra costs incurred will be cleaning tablets and cleaning fluids for the machine when required.

• Animo Hot Chocolate machine
• Marco Tea Boiler
• Animo Cup Warmer Unit

Please supply the following;

• The Full Company Name and Registration Number
• The Full Name and Policy Details (i.e Policy No and Expiry Dates) of your Insurers (as Insurance is your Responsibility).
• Deposit of £ 250 per coffee machine as laid out in the agreement (returnable at the end of the term subject to clauses 7 & 9).
• Subject to availability, site inspection and status.

Free Loan Prices ^ Scaled Rates (No rental charged)

2 cases per coffee machine per month minimum (minimum 15 months) there are no opportunities to reduce this minimum monthly off-take.

We will supply one coffee machine (Franke Evolution) on a Free Loan basis, based on the scaled rates to be requested with the cost per case of 6 kilos of beans scaled in rate based on volume used each month. This equipment will be supplied based on the agreement that the minimum chargeable rate will be only two cases per month (can be ethically sourced coffee) with loyalty cards, though the rates per case will reduce if you exceed the minimum coffee turnover. The contract will be effective for twelve months, with a termination of three months notice to quit from you after the completion of the initial 12 month period otherwise it continues to run.

All ancillary lines* and excess coffee purchased will require to be settled at the end of each month following. Obviously we issue invoices with each order, but only issue credit notes at the end of each month if a lower Free Loan case price applies.
