At Tudor we know that our customers appreciate having the right machine for their requirements, which is why our experienced sales advisors will only recommend equipment and products that are suitable for your business needs.

We include full installation, commissioning and training within our prices so your machines can be in use as quickly as possible. And to give you extra piece of mind we include a comprehensive 12 month parts and ‘on-site’ labour warranty on any new bean to cup and traditional espresso machines.

All our service engineers are factory-trained directly by the manufacturers, meaning they know your machine as well as the people who make them. We also understand that if things go wrong, you need to be up and running as soon as possible. We aim to be on-site within 24 hours and, as all our engineers carry the major spare parts with them, we usually achieve a first time fix.

Tudor are able to offer repair work for the following coffee equipment: Animo, Bravilor, Egro, Franke, Promac (& Grimac), Rancilio and Reneka both at our base or on site (subject to UK Mainland).

We charge £65.00 + VAT for the call-out and the first 15 minutes on site, then £15.00 + VAT for each additional 15 minutes (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm). Call our Service Department on 01708 866966 to book a call-out.
