Ensure Your Machine Continues Producing High Quality drinks

To continue producing High Quality drinks, your Coffee machine needs to be maintained properly otherwise avoidable break downs can be costly especially when you take into account lost revenue (sales) while it is not working.

Spend £2,400 (net) per Year on Tudor’s products to Qualify for a Free Coffee Machine Service (excludes Parts fitted).

Coffee machines should be serviced either annually or every 15,000 drinks! However, you can take advantage of this great offer by Tudor whereby if you spend £2,400 (net) per year with us on Coffee Beans and Filter Coffee, Teabags or Leaf Tea and Hot Chocolate and Biodegradable Take Away Cups and lid products you will qualify for a Free Service on your Promac Espresso machine, Izzo Espresso machine or Egro One fully automatic Coffee machines. If more services are needed during the same year, we can offer this F.O.C* service again based upon further multiples of £ 2,400 net spend per year with us. This free service option is related to Preventative Maintenance work and does not cover internal parts failure.

The labour cost involved with this work provided by our fully trained engineers will be supplied F.O.C * and will involve fitting new Group Head seals and Shower Plates and general cleaning of the Group Heads (please note any parts fitted are chargeable). Whilst on site we will also check the functions of the Steam Arms and Hot Water valves on the equipment and check that the Coffee Bean Grinder settings are correct and take the readings on the Brita Water Filter. Egro One fully automatic machines will have the Brewing assembly fittings changed and the readings on the Brita Water Filter will be verified as well. Water Filter changes can be done at the same time but the replacement Cartridge fitted will be chargeable (regular changes and monitoring of these Brita Water Filter units are an essential part of running your Espresso machine, particularly in those Hard Water areas, as Limescale is the biggest killer of Coffee machines).

*Subject to location and status

We can also carry out Boiler Inspections for these machines via our fully trained engineers to be present in conjunction with your Insurance Companies inspectors but this work and any necessary parts fitted will be chargeable. This is a requirement as part of the Pressure Regulation Safety Bill which became statute at the beginning of this Century.
